My stepmother was very much into affirmations, and she would have loved this book! I myself started scribbling down a few that resonated with me, and how I could use them at certain times of the day/week. I also appreciated how practical, and to the point these affirmations were. The author did not waste any time, and got into the meat of the book’s subject. I’m so excited to start applying these affirmations!
