Historia
For the U.S. Navy's elite team of SEALs, the mission seemed straightforward enough: to take control of a towering, 10,240-foot mountain peak called Takur Ghar, a key post in their plan to smash Taliban al Qaeda in eastern Afghanistan.

This is an nteresting and true story of Operation Anaconda. Very tense throughout most of the book.

Interesting, true story
Revisado: 02-06-21
Very good lessons. The author give first hand accounts of various missions he was involved in as a delta force commander. After he is done telling the story of each mission he gives a “guiding principle” from lessons learned. The main mission in the story is Operation Anaconda, which was conducted soon after 9/11 in an effort to defeat the al Qaeda terrorism forces. This account is very interesting and tense. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in history of recent combat.
