Amazing book, gift for my mom. I listen the first couple chapters. The introductory pages outline each of the risk food elements (notably sodium, potassium and phosphorus) explaining better than the average physician or dietician why they each is a risk as well as the symptoms of elevated levels. All that before the recipes that are conveniently set out for use or as a monthly menu planner or pick and choose meals..

This book is very easy to listen and provides a wealth of information. This is one of a few books that I keep handy to use a reference when doing my own practicing with stock option trading or when listening other books. So far I am still focusing on the easier options trading strategies so I have not done more than a cursory listen of the more advanced strategies because it is too soon for me to even worry about those.

Love the Story book but I bought the audio that listen it to you and the highlighting of the words as it listen is about 6 words behind the audio it is very annoying especially since I got it for my 6 yrd old as he is learning to listen and highlight the wrong word is confusing for him.
