I could not stop listening to this audible book. No parts were boring! i learned so much about myself, I laughed and cried. I loved it! The reader is amazing as well!!!

For me, the book contained too much information that did not help make the point. I studied biochemistry and physiology extensivelly, and even I found that some things were made too complicated for no clear reason. Basically, it comes down to doing high intensity exercise when you are hungry or before the meal. I wish more examples of exercises were provided. Overall, this is not a book for people who do not have any previous knowledge in biology. I found it useful since it made me consider doing HIIT before my meals, and also stretching more often.
