Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

I can't think of anyone age that wouldn't benefit from at least one of the many things addressed in this book. Young or old, men or women, and any race or nationality. This book should be required reading for life because it succinctly summarizes solutions to the root cause of so many challenging aspects of life.

Historia
The causes of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder range from severe neglect to monstrous abuse. Many survivors grew up in houses that were not homes-in families that were as loveless as orphanages and sometimes as dangerous. If you felt unwanted, unliked, rejected, hated, and/or despised for a lengthy portion of your childhood, trauma may be deeply engrained in your mind, soul, and body. This book is a practical guide to recovering from lingering childhood trauma. It is copiously illustrated with examples of the author's and his clients' journeys of recovering.

great info, soft voice
Revisado: 09-27-19
The narrator had a nice voice but he was soft spoken, which was soothing, but his enunciation was sometimes so soft on parts of some words that it was hard to understand unless I turned you the volume much louder than usual for books.

I don't usually highlight much, but I wanted to highlight the entire book! I read almost every other page several times over as I went. Extremely helpful and informative. Second to this, would be "Mr Unavailable and the Fallback Girl"
