Alex Sand was spending the evening at home playing basketball with his two young sons when all three were shot in cold blood. Disappointing

I was very disappointed in this book. The dialog between Lucas and Virgil was not the usual light banter but as if the were disgruntled with each other. The reader did not convey the story well, not sure why Richard Ferrone was not used. I have listened to every Prey book in the series. If the quality is the same as this one John will lose a loyal listener. The story was a great premise and having two story lines was very interesting.

Great story, horrible production!

Good story weird presentation

I really like the story line and premise. What is did not like was the music or noise at the end and beginning of the chapters. I believe most people listen to book via ear bud or pods these days. When you have the volume set for speech and then the sound gets very loud with the screeching noise it hurt my ears. I like Eli In many pictures I do not think his voice was good for an audio book. All I could see when he talked was The good, the bad and the ugly.
