Great Educational Listen on Menopause

As a woman who will undergo menopause one day, this book was super helpful and interesting in discussing the changes we will experience when hitting menopause. I found the chapter on sleep changes to be particularly interesting, and didn’t realize that hormonal changes could impact so many aspects contributing to quality sleep such as circadian rhythm, RLS, metabolism, etc.
Understanding these topics will also help me to understand the friends and family in my life who are currently going through menopause. I would highly recommend this book to any woman going through or soon entering menopause, but younger women could benefit from this book as well!

One of the best features of this book is the way that it encourages you to embrace your fears and weak points as opportunities for improvement to become the best version of yourself for your children. There will no doubt be insecurities in parenting, but this book will help guide you through the decisions needed for different steps in parenting a growing child with specific scenarios and examples. This was a great listen.
