Historia
After Ettie Smith's friend, Agatha, dies, Ettie is surprised to find that Agatha has left her a house. During building repairs, the body of an Amish man who disappeared 40 years earlier is discovered under the floorboards. When it comes to light that Agatha and the deceased man were once engaged to marry, the police declare Agatha as the murderer. Ettie sets out to prove otherwise. Soon, Ettie hears rumors of stolen diamonds, rival criminal gangs, and a supposed witness to the true murderer's confession.

Historia
Overthinking isn't a personality trait. It's the sneakiest form of fear. It steals time, creativity, and goals. It's the most expensive, least productive thing companies invest in without even knowing it. And it's an epidemic. When New York Times best-selling author Jon Acuff changed his life by transforming his overthinking, he wondered if other people might benefit from what he discovered. He commissioned a research study to ask 10,000 people if they struggle with overthinking too, and 99.5 percent said, "Yes!"

Enjoyed this book would recommended to a friend.
Revisado: 09-22-16
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
yes I would recommend to a friend. It has a pretty good story line and I enjoy getting lost in a story. It kept going and was very good at taking you to the time and place in history in which it was written.
What did you like best about this story?
How Magi had to chose if she was going to put God first or the man she loved first.
What does Lori J. Smith bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
She did a good job on the voices. My favorite was Magodonlina's mother. She made me laugh several times with the way she just brought the character to life. I also believe she did a good job portraying Magi in this story her young innocence.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It made me laugh several times. Also it took me for a loop when Magi got hurt.
Any additional comments?
I enjoyed the first book in the cottonwood series a little more only because there was a little more suspense in the story compared to this one. But it was enjoyable non the less and I look forward to the next book in the series coming out on audio.

Historia
As a ministry worker, raising support can be a daunting task. It doesn't have to be intimidating though. It isn't about money or asking people to give. It is about looking to God to provide for you. He has given you a vision for ministry, and now you get to invite others into that vision. Your job is to pray and work hard to discover those whom the Lord has already prepared to invest in you and your ministry. God has done His work. Now it's time for you to do yours.

Historia
In the compelling conclusion to the New York Times best-seller Her Mother’s Hope, Christy Award-winning author Francine Rivers explores the sorrow that can tear families apart and the grace that can heal the deepest wounds. Just as Carolyn had formed a stronger bond with her Oma Marta than with her mother, so Carolyn’s daughter is drawn to her grandma more than to a mom who’s caught up in the 1960s counterculture....

Historia
According to international church starter and pastor Neil Cole, if we want to connect with young people and those who are not coming to church, we must go where people congregate. Cole tells listeners how to plant the seeds of the Kingdom of God in the places where life happens and where culture is formed: restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, parks, locker rooms, and neighborhoods.
