The book that says what the future of commerce with the US could with Trump
Revisado: 08-07-24
An essential work for understanding the United States' perspective on international trade, especially under the Trump administration. Lighthizer critiques free trade policies that have allowed countries like China and others to gain advantages at the expense of American workers.
Lighthizer argues that these policies have led to factory closures and stagnant wages in the United States, while other countries do not adhere to the same environmental and labor standards. This situation creates unfair competition, as foreign companies can operate at lower costs due to poor working conditions and unsustainable practices, while American companies must comply with strict regulations.
Implications for Mexico:
For Mexican companies, it is crucial to adapt to these standards to avoid trade conflicts with the United States. Adopting sustainable practices and ensuring good labor conditions can position Mexican companies as reliable and fair partners. This is especially relevant in the context of trade tensions between the United States and China, where Mexico can benefit from the reshoring/nearshoring of companies.
Conclusion:
Lighthizer emphasizes the need for trade policies that prioritize the trade balance, protect jobs in the United States, and benefit local workers and communities. For Mexico, this means aligning business practices with U.S. strategic interests and ensuring a prosperous economic future by implementing proper environmental and labor standards. The ability to negotiate adjustments to trade agreements will also be crucial to maintaining and strengthening this bilateral relationship.
In summary, "There’s No Free Trade" not only critiques current free trade policies, which Trump did not have time to fully change during his four-year term, but also offers a strategic guide for countries like Mexico and companies that need to adapt to become the undisputed commercial partners and allies of the United States, the world's largest market and the most powerful country.

Partnership marketing is not new; it has existed in many different forms, and under many different names (such as affiliate marketing) for decades. However, thanks to transformative changes in enabling technology and pricing models, as well as a change in both supply and demand, partnership marketing now exists in a more automated, scalable form that few companies have fully leveraged to date. Moving to Outcomes will unlock the keys and show readers how to do so for themselves.

The modern history of technology though war… you’ll be shock of what you’ll learn.
Revisado: 07-24-22
One of the most impressively researched books regarding advancement in technology. The history of the modern world is narrated through R&D for “war”. It’s a pleasure to read this author’s work. It’s been a long time since I’ve read such a well written book.

Historia
"The Communist Manifesto" was first published on February 21, 1848, and is one of the world's most influential political tracts. Commissioned by the Communist League and written by communist theorists Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, it laid out the League's purposes and program. The Manifesto suggested a course of action for a proletarian revolution to overthrow capitalism and, eventually, to bring about a classless society.

Outdated for many countries, compelling in some ideas, proven to fail.
Revisado: 08-14-20
It’s a must read to understand the power of the idea of justice for the “proletarian class”. We have to acknowledge that it has never been fair and it never will be to exploit workers. History has proven that to have prosperity, capital needs to be created, private property needs to be preserved, and humanism as well as fair living conditions need to be given to the people that work in the companies. It’s always good to re-read this manifesto in order to make sure that nobody will be exploited and feel like the working class was feeling in the 19th century and before in history.
