This book covers a wide swath of topics in details, told through many-a-story that illustrated key points.

I listened as I went for walks and notes things I must do, watch out for, and correct before too much time passes.

I’m most grateful for the high level understanding it provided as it also covered principals to follow to keep me out of trouble! The specific stories also will help me to spot or warn others of any res flags.

I’m glad I read this as I feel much more prepared to properly navigate my business in the years to come.

Now it’s time to read the hard back!

The speaker was nice to listen to, and the stories and excerpts or easy to visualize and very specific. points were well made
I learned a lot.

I have been reading a lot of Finance books over the last 5 years and found this one very educational. They have a lot of data sources.

The only sticking point is that the data is from before 2005.

I listen to this book again if there was an updated version though I understand what an Endeavor that would be. It's really cool, they take information from the IRS and many other reliable sources to give you a detailed analysis about industries that do well, people that do well in business, interviews with millionaires about how they made their money what they spend their money on and how they handle their estates Etc.

for anybody who plan to leave their money to their kids I highly recommend this.

It's also great for anybody who might have children because it gives you warnings and anecdotes about people who encourage their children to depend on them financially. It caused more harm than good.

Important, relevant topics.

This is the seventh financial book i've read in the last 10 months, including the Intelligent Investor (investing) and A Simple Path to Wealth (personal finance+Vanguard index fund investing).

THIS book is for anyone who needs to work. It's awesome! I'll be giving it to every high school and college grad I know.

It says real wealth equals having acess to liquid cash, and encourages you to save 10K and the 12 months of your expenses.

After that you're ready to step into the bigger money generating game.

He runs through calculating your net worth two ways (one with retirement funds and one without) because he says retirement money is like false wealth, because you shouldn't use it/can't is it for anything "now."

And throughtout, he focuses on the "a penny saved is a penny earned" principal.

A good intro to wealth creation to those in the working class!

And nice narration.

Loved the exercises she recommmends. Love the easy, going, conversational yone and all of the inspiring success stories. She curses at times, but in a light hearted, silly way that crystalized the picture she's painting. Great!
