The book describes how to cure sciatica and spinal stenosis and prevent them from recurring. The cure replaces surgery and other standard treatments based on expensive scans and tests which cannot cure these conditions because they do not address the root cause of the problems. The author cured himself of sciatica and spinal stenosis (he was diagnosed with both) by correcting the muscle imbalances through personal effort alone. The cure is permanent and within reach of everyone.

poorly.narrated. enticing title with anyone who suffers, but strings you along with boring narrative. also, need to better illustrate exercises verbally and explain why doctors don't want to endorse this approach if it really works. why would a physical therapist or chiropractor not want to try this approach? but overall the narrator stinks

it had very common sense themes and principals. given it was an audio would have been even better to hear some stories directly from author or recorded examples while he led Kraft. some good fundamentals to place into practice for any organizarion. I recommend.
