Historia
From Mark Greaney, the New York Times best-selling author of Mission Critical and a coauthor of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan novels, comes another high-stakes thriller featuring the world's most dangerous assassin: the Gray Man. While on a mission to Croatia, Court Gentry uncovers a human trafficking operation. The trail leads from the Balkans all the way back to Hollywood. Court is determined to shut it down, but his CIA handlers have other plans. The criminal ringleader has actionable intelligence about a potentially devastating terrorist attack on the US.

Great performance, great story, terrible execution
Revisado: 05-22-20
I've read all of these books and love the series to death. The switch to first person "inner thoughts"for Gentry is so jarring and distracting. it's especially bad when it's going back and forth between his first person thoughts and third person of other people. some first person books get it right this one definitely did not and I hope Mark goes back to the way all the other gray man novels were written. Jay Snyder as always does an A+ job! absolutely embodies the grayman.

When Max Krupin - Russia's leader - discovers that his kidney cancer has spread to his brain, he's determined to hide his diagnosis. He begins by getting rid of anyone threatening to him - as well as creating chaos in the region to keep the world's attention diverted. Soon, Krupin's illness becomes serious enough that he needs a more dramatic diversion, prompting him to invade the Baltics. Desperate to understand what's causing Krupin's unusually erratic behavior and Russia's aggressive moves in the region, America begins working with Russia's disgraced prime minister to stage a coup.

can't even tell it's not Vince Flynn
Revisado: 02-03-19
I can't tell when Vince Flynn stopped and Kyle Mills started the transitions been so smooth. great rapp novel, everything you come to expect without all of the repeated sayings from other authors. I'm glad to have George back on the mic but for some reason I found his Scott Coleman kind of annoying, I'll have to go back and see if it was the same inflections used in the past.

Historia
After 9/11, the United States made one of the most secretive and dangerous deals in its history. The evidence against the powerful Saudis who coordinated the attack would be buried. In return, King Faisal would promise to keep the oil flowing and deal with the conspirators in his midst. When the king's own nephew is discovered funding ISIS, the president suspects that the Saudis never intended to live up to their agreement.

Jericho Quinn, but plagued by production issies
Revisado: 07-07-17
Some parts of the production/narration are oddly chopped up and clearly using different equipment or settings, I can ignore it once but it happens about half a dozen or more times. Jericho Quinn is never a bad listen though!

Historia
Roshar is a world of stone and storms. Uncanny tempests of incredible power sweep across the rocky terrain so frequently that they have shaped ecology and civilization alike. Animals hide in shells, trees pull in branches, and grass retracts into the soilless ground. Cities are built only where the topography offers shelter. It has been centuries since the fall of the 10 consecrated orders known as the Knights Radiant, but their Shardblades and Shardplate remain: mystical swords and suits of armor.

Historia
A major North American hydroelectric dam is blown up and the largest off-shore oil field in this hemisphere is destroyed in a brutal, coordinated terrorist attack. But there was one factor that the terrorists didn't take into account when they struck the Capitana platform off the coast of Colombia—slaughtering much of the crew and blowing up the platform—and that was the Capitana crew chief Dewey Andreas. Dewey, former Army Ranger and Delta, survives the attack, rescuing as many of his men as possible. But the battle has just begun.
