I am beyond grateful that Amber produced the audio for this audiobook and joined me in sharing daily practices to increase happiness levels! As I listened again to the book this morning, I could feel the subconscious impact of the reminders to find stillness, to take deep breaths, and to use the powers of visualization, creation, and mindfulness to create the space to hold more joy. Try this book today as you start your day. I suggest playing this audiobook in the background or grabbing a journal and jotting down the daily activities to begin practicing! This book was originally a course meant to be paced over a month and then repeating the practices that resonate with the reader to integrate into your daily routine.
