I read five daily meditation books every morning and this one is my favorite and the most helpful. It is clear and concise, direct and spot on - a gentle but no nonsense approach for dealing with eating disorders and food I need this book for everyday strength and inspiration. This book is a supplementary book for members of Over eaters Anonymous or those trying to overcome overeating. It provides a daily inspirational message to help you to stay on your path to success. I have found it to be very helpful for refocusing my thoughts in the right direction

It’s a simple read, and the argument/proves for the law of attraction is clearly outlined. Having listened it, The information information is narrated in plain and simple language. You will have deep understanding of the connection between thoughts and feelings as well as learning how to overcome the fear of failure. I'm very sure that you too will get interest to listen this book.

It was worth the time I invested in reading it. I definitely recommend the book, just know that you may not like the author on a personal level as you get to know him throughout the book. As an entrepreneur who reads a lot, I have to say this is one of the best books on mindset/belief systems. Life is an internal game and this gives you the keys to financial wealth or any success.

Having just come out of a relationship, and have been doing some souls searching. On what happened and where to go from here. What I like about this book is that it's short concise and full of wisdom on what to do when a relationship breaks up what is not going well. Be confident. Take care of yourself. Smell good. Smile. Feel it. Own it. And absolutely know you can walk away at any moment. Feel it, know it. Emote it. Keep reading! Don't stop staying sharp even in relationship!
