Wonderfully narrated with much enthusiasm and joy. This book will definitely put you on a journey to happiness and you will find happiness in the now! Loved this book so I had my daughter listen to it( she is 27) and she resonated with the vibe Lauren puts out thru her book and liked it as well.A must read for everyone!
