A Paradigm Shift From The Status Quo
Revisado: 12-09-23
I liked the authors’s perspective on the way most of us have been taught on saving for a rainy day theory. It gave me a better perspective on not waiting to create memorable experiences before its too late. Life is short and those of us with a million plus nest egg are likely to leave money on the table at the end. Enjoy your life worry less about money and you will be fine. We are better off than we think. This is a definite paradigm shift from the save till it hurts mindset. After all what good is it to have accumulated all tgatxwealth and not enjoy any of it. It makes perfect sense to me.

A riveting factual account of the most dangerous man ever elected
Revisado: 07-18-20
Mary Trump although confounded details an account how disturbed number 45 really is. By far he is the most inept, unqualified person to ever hold the office. This book gives an insider account of how dispicable he really is. An arrogant, egotistical narcissist bigot who expects and demand reverence for authority. This book is a confirmation of who he truly is a disgrace and a cancer to this great nation.

Historia
As President Trump’s national security advisor, John Bolton spent many of his 453 days in the room where it happened, and the facts speak for themselves. The result is one of the few White House memoirs to date by a top-level official. With almost daily access to the president, John Bolton has produced a precise rendering of his days in and around the Oval Office. What Bolton saw astonished him: a president for whom getting reelected was the only thing that mattered, even if it meant endangering or weakening the nation.

Not Worth The Time and Overhyped
Revisado: 06-30-20
Book read like a running narrative , that goes on and on about the narcissistic individuals within the current administration backstabbing each other up until the time they get fired. You come away realizing that no one in this administration has any redeeming human qualities. Don’t waste your time or money this book is best left on the shelf.

Historia
The story of Maya Angelou’s extraordinary life has been chronicled in her multiple best-selling autobiographies. But now, at last, the legendary author shares the deepest personal story of her life: her relationship with her mother. For the first time, Angelou reveals the triumphs and struggles of being the daughter of Vivian Baxter, an indomitable spirit whose petite size belied her larger-than-life presence - a presence absent during much of Angelou’s early life.

Maya Angelou was one if the most gifted writers ever. In this book she details her lineage from the strong women who shaped and formed her life during her formative years and beyond. Her story is poignant, intriquing and breathtaking... Although this title is short it is packed full of content and keeps your interest from start to finish. By far one of the best written books ever

Must read book before applying for Benefits
Revisado: 08-03-19
This book enlightened me on just how much you need to CYA in regards to your social security. In others words what you don’t know may impact the benefits you may receive or not receive simply because you were not aware of them. Before going to claim it is imperative that one does their research and make the best decision for their situation. Pay particular attention to the deemed filing, spousal benefit and survivor sections of the book. These particular sections could cost you if you are not knowledgeable about them. Bottom line the main takeaway I got from this book is to not rely on the social security contact to do what is in your best interest.

Well written and entertaining
Revisado: 07-07-19
This audiobook was a short story about the relationship between Babe Ruth and a team mate during the 1914 minor league season with the Baltimore Orioles. It is entertaining, well written, humorous and poignant. I enjoyed it.
