Historia
They've called Barry Switzer a "rogue, pirate, hustler, and con man", but they also say he's "next to God." He's one of the most successful coaches in NCAA history, winning multiple college championships and a Super Bowl, and possibly the most revered figure in the state of Oklahoma. The "outlaw" of college football, Switzer was both praised and reviled by the media, but everyone agrees that he was undeniably one of the all-time best recruiters, strategists, and motivators ever to deliver a halftime speech.

Switzer led an interesting life. It was a bit too much of him explaining away his transgressions at OU.

Historia
As head coach of the Oklahoma Sooners, Barry Switzer was the fourth most successful coach in NCAA history. Both praised and reviled by the media as the "outlaw" of college football, Switzer was characterized as the "greatest rogue, pirate, hustler, and con man" ever to command a football team. As head coach for the Dallas Cowboys, he led America's team to victory in Superbowl XXX. In Bootlegger's Boy, Switzer gets the chance to tell it all from his point of view.

Historia
George W. Bush, the 43rd president of the United States, has authored a personal biography of his father, George H. W. Bush, the 41st president. Forty-three men have served as president of the United States. Countless books have been written about them. A unique and intimate biography, the book covers the entire scope of the elder President Bush’s life and career.

Revisado: 12-06-18
With President George W. Bush himself telling the story of his father another depth of meaning to the reader is achieved. It takes time to understand the great impact that an American President has on the world. That is the case with revisiting this story. And why this is the greatest country in the world.

Historia
No one understands the "Make America Great Again" effort with more insight and more experience than former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. In Trump's America: The Truth About Our Nation's Great Comeback, Gingrich describes our country's tremendous turnaround under President Donald Trump's leadership - and confronts the desperate efforts by the elites in academia, the media, and the Washington establishment to undermine and distort his achievements.

Not really a full Trump review
Revisado: 10-01-18
I found the parts that were about Trump and his performance and accomplishments in the first part of his tenure as president to be very informative and entertaining. However newt strayed from that premise of the book quite a bit throughout the pages ; in fact a majority of the time. Those parts of the book I found to drag and go down rabbit holes.

Historia
In Unholy Alliance, Jay Sekulow and the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) tackle radical Islam head on. They expose the attempts by fundamentalist Muslims - both in the US and abroad - to destroy our legal system in favor of a system that would destroy our essential liberties. They bring attention to terrorism in today's world and reflect on the recent Paris and San Bernadino attacks as well as Russia, Syria, Iran, and continuous threats to our nation.

This is a graduate level course in an audio book. Chapter six is especially learned about the history driving the issue at hand. A little weak at the end. It overall fascinating

In this illuminating memoir, McChrystal frankly explores the major episodes and controversies of his eventful career. He delves candidly into the intersection of history, leadership, and his own experience to produce a book of enduring value. Joining the troubled post-Vietnam army as a young officer, McChrystal witnessed and participated in some of our military’s most difficult struggles. He describes the many outstanding leaders he served with and the handful of bad leaders he learned not to emulate.
