It is a delightful audiobook with knowledge broken down into simple to understand thoughts to put the book on the road to delving deeper into shamanism. I also liked the section on crystals and how to combine them into the healing process. Engaging and insightful guide.

An excellent opportunity for beginners to those at beginners' level of knowledge. Tons of helpful knowledge on setting up servers and networks. The advice in this book has encouraged me to add some new devices to my current network that I was having issues with. Highly suggested.
