I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading another by this author. However I couldn’t help thinking of the comparison between the two main characters and the in Negeo Marsh’s books with Peter Whimsey and Bunter

Loved the stories. The narrator read beautifully but with so many male characters I would have preferred a male narrator.

Historia
The sisters of Gwenafwy Abbey have cherished their contemplative life - days spent in prayer, reflection, tending the convent's vegetable gardens and making their award-winning organic cheese, Heavenly Gouda. Life seems perfect, except for Sister Agatha, a die-hard mystery fan who despairs of ever finding any real life inspiration for her own novel. That is, until the abbey's sexton is found dead under an avalanche of gouda. Despite the reservations of the local constable, Sister Agatha is convinced it's murder and the game is afoot.

Shadow of Death

Overall I enjoyed this book but I found the ending a bit disappointing. It felt like the writer was tired and just needed to end it So just jumbled a bunch of characters making it disjointed.

What bothered me was how careless Fay was hiding in the ditch with Betsy and that Joe didn’t ring her out for being so reckless.

I enjoyed this book and overall thought the story was good. However one thing bothered me. The note Rose received mentioned that one of the perps said if you hadn’t messed up that 6 points we would have won. Why didn’t Avery check the game to find out who made the mistake?

Be Our Ghost
Revisado: 10-09-21
I enjoy this series and look forward to the next one. But this book seemed to move to fast without enough depth. Also it really bothers me that Melanie is letting Ben and herself fall in love without telling Ben she can’t bare children. I think in real life he would feel betrayed and hurt.

Intriguing
Revisado: 10-06-21
This story is very intriguing. I thought at first it was slow and confusing but a few chapters in it became fascinating. I wanted to just keep on listening.
The only downside for me was ending. I felt sad and bewildered. But maybe that’s the point.
