Maybe I'm just not the intended audience, but the author is saying things like "women choose bad guys over you." I'm sitting over here as a said "bad boy" wondering why women are into bad guys. This book concludes with tips on how to be a nice guy. Very cliché and cringey.

Great for young men

I recently got out of the Marines and struggle with the sense of global attack on all things masculine. this book did a great job to help understand the cancer that many of us pissed off men feel. highly reccomend. and even for women as well.
