Historia
A man. His ex-girlfriend's cat. A sadistic game show unlike anything in the universe: a dungeon crawl where survival depends on killing your prey in the most entertaining way possible. In a flash, every human-erected construction on Earth - from Buckingham Palace to the tiniest of sheds - collapses in a heap, sinking into the ground. The buildings and all the people inside have all been atomized and transformed into the dungeon: an 18-level labyrinth filled with traps, monsters, and loot.

D&D Meets Hunger Games—with a Talking Cat
Revisado: 04-18-25
The best way I can describe Dungeon Crawler Carl is: imagine Dungeons & Dragons meets The Hunger Games, set on Earth but with a wild, multi-universal twist full of aliens, deadly challenges, and perfectly placed nostalgic video game references.
I laughed out loud. I cringed. And then I laughed even harder.
Carl and Princess Donut are a chaotic, hilarious duo whose banter had me cackling from the start. Their dynamic is absolute gold.
This audiobook had me hooked from the very beginning. Brilliant performance, fast-paced story, and unforgettable characters. Highly recommend!

Once upon a time, there was a little boy. His belly full of laughter, his life full of joy. Until one day, something changed; stripped his innocence away. The hole inside making space for the devil to come and play.

Great story, Great Narrators!
love the hints and throwbacks to the og story, but even more, i enjoyed what the author did to change, twist and include them into this very new place and these incredibly new characters. the small similarities only seemed to help with the world building and understanding these characters so much faster. super excited to read more from this series. super sad I can't reread this one again for the first time.

Historia
Book three of this adult fantasy series continues in this epic story inspired by the myth of King Midas, fae, fated romance, and insurmountable greed. "I don't choose him. Not anymore. I'm choosing me". King Midas made me the woman I am today. Notorious. Unattainable. His. The thing about being confined is that you believe it’s to keep the bad out...Until you realize it’s about keeping you in. I’m now in a strange kingdom surrounded by liars, with no allies of my own, but I won’t sit idly by and let myself wither.

Historia
Gold. Gold floors, gold walls, gold furniture, gold clothes. In Highbell, in the castle built into the frozen mountains, everything is made of gold. Even me. King Midas rescued me. Dug me out of the slums and placed me on a pedestal. I’m called his precious. His favored. I’m the woman he Gold-Touched to show everyone that I belong to him. To show how powerful he is. He gave me protection, and I gave him my heart. And even though I don’t leave the confines of the palace, I’m safe. Until war comes to the kingdom and a deal is struck.
