Disillusioned with the celebrity world, Rosie Richardson escapes to run a refugee camp in the African jungle. When famine strikes and a massive refugee influx heads for the camp, governments and agencies drag their heels. Bringing her former media savvy to the fore, realizing the only way to get food out fast is to bring celebrities first, Rosie turns to the life and man she fled to organize a star-studded emergency appeal from famine-racked Africa.

Meh
Revisado: 02-08-22
Confusing character differentiation. Relationships that command no interest. Definitely not in the spirit of Bridget Jones.

Historia
It all started with the wrong Help Wanted ad. Of course it did. I'm a professional fluffer. It's not what you think. I stage homes for a living. Real estate agents love me, and my work stands on its own merits. Sigh. Get your mind out of the gutter. Go ahead. Laugh. I'll wait. See? That's the problem. My career has used the term "fluffer" for decades. I didn't even know there was a more...lascivious definition of the term. Until it was too late.

So bad I felt the need to write this.
Revisado: 12-16-19
This book started off with some funny scenes. I had high hopes. However, it felt like the author had an idea, thought, hey that'd be a funny book...and didn't know what to do with it. After the first 1/4 of the book the scenes jumped around and were so cliche I made faces and cringed listening to this. And I read romance novels! It's not like I was looking for something deep. This was not even heartwarming. This was downright embarrassing. It felt like a grandma wrote this after telling herself her whole life she wanted to write a book...but didn't really know how. Just don't bother.
