Historia
Kira North hates Christmas. Which is unfortunate since she just bought a Christmas tree farm in a town that’s too cute for its own good. Bennett Ellis is on vacation in Dream Harbor taking a break from his life in California. And most importantly, taking a break from his latest run of disastrous dates. After a run-in with Kira in her fields, Ben has no intention of offering to help the grumpy owner set up her tree farm, despite the fact she’s clearly got no idea what she’s doing. But somehow fate finds Ben at Kira’s farm once more.

Puppies, Christmas & Treasures

I don’t read too many Christmas Stories but I really enjoyed this one! The puppies and the drama was entertaining. I liked the letter parts and that it had two points of view. I recommend

Surprised Me!
Revisado: 12-04-24
I am not really into cowboy romances all that much so I was hesitant to begin reading the Rebel Blue Ranch series. Done and Dusted pleasantly surprised me. Emmy and Luke were delightful and the slow burn had big payoffs for waiting that long. The only thing was I could of done with a little less cursing. I don't mind some, I am not a prude, but there was just so much in the beginning and middle it seemed like every other word was swearing. Although this series is not what I normally would be flipping my heart over, I had a few flips here and there. Enough to continue the series and to recommend for romantic reads. at the end I shed a tear or two as well.

Historia
Letters to a Starseed asks the biggest questions that mystics and philosophers through the ages have been asking: What is the soul, where did it originate, and why have we chosen to come here at this time? As a planet, we are waking up to the fact that the ancient prophecies and warnings from the elders and wise ones are no longer predictions, but our waking reality. They are not just coming or even near...we are living them right now. What we do now matters to the future of this planet. And we all have a role to play. Do you remember why you have come?

The Meditations are Divine
Revisado: 12-01-24
I like the messages in the book explained in such a friendly way. What I mean is sometimes when I read books I learn from, it feels like I’m at school but these lessons were learned from a feeling of warmth and some literally at thanksgiving time for me. I related a lot to the same feelings I had going to school and how my bedroom was a place I’d go to be alone . By far my favorite parts were the meditation chapters. They felt divine, warm and peaceful. I highly recommend letters to a starseed to anyone who needs a stress reducer or mind cleanser.

Awakened by the Light
Revisado: 10-23-24
I listened to Light Is The New Black because I found myself seeking something I had for so long shied away from. A couple times I was moved to the point of having tears in my eyes. The energy and personal stories weaved into the message of the book was magical to me. So glad my soul led me here and I feel like I’m beginning a new era of life that is going to be the best season of my life. I have a lot to learn, starting with ditching the idea of waiting for the right time. The book Deserves all the stars.

River Of Time Review
Revisado: 05-19-20
I have always loved the song and phrase River Of Time because I think of life, love and thoughts as waves. Every wave I rode on in Naomi Judd's book brought me to a new place of either learning or compassion but most of all connection as I had gone through some similar experiences that was spoken of in the story. Greatly worth the time spent listening to it and I feel River Of Time is a gift I will repeatedly open. I have read the kindle version also and love both equally, however I couldn't get my thoughts together for a review of the book until I heard it. I'm thankful for all the versions of it being available. I gifted the physical copy of the book to a friend who I knew would be touched by it and I recommend it to everyone because whether or not we have been through the same experiences we all can learn about how to help others through things we don't go through as much as the things we have gone through, really that is why we are here, to help and to share to learn and to love. Often times we find our own passion in the waves that crash upon other's shores.

Chasing Vines With All My Heart
Revisado: 05-06-20
there is so many things I love about Chasing Vines it's truly hard for me to pick a favorite but Chapter 12:Soil deeply touched my heart, I never thought of death in the soil like that before but it's true. Many times I thought the pain, guilt and grief I asked God to take from my garden would end up ending me but I am still here and though God made the pain bearable it's still in my garden because the flowers and fruit I suppose need it to grow, that is what Soil meant to me and I shed a few tears before Roots began! also through the story I smiled, laughed and felt comfort in learning somethings new. Chasing Vines makes me feel like my heart has a rainbow in it, I love it. Grateful so very Grateful.

Historia
Early in Paula's life, she didn't know God, but there was always a pull to something greater. Once she prayed for salvation at the age of 18, Paula finally understood the meaning of grace and purpose, and realized God had been taking care of her the whole time. Paula shares her journey of faith in Something Greater, what she calls "a love letter to God from a messed up Mississippi girl". She details feeling led to a higher calling as a child, how she came to serve others as a female pastor, and what led to being asked to become spiritual advisor to President Donald Trump.

This Truly Is Something Greater To Read /Hear
Revisado: 11-01-19
I have been listening to Something Greater all week and the more chapters I got through the more blessed and grateful I became. it's true something greater is different for everyone because God makes us all unique in purpose and for his glory. God doesn't make mistakes and he places us in the world at his timing for us all to live with each other connecting in small or great ways with other people who are like us and different from us. This book helped me realize that truth in a new way I never knew before. I want to say thank you. Hearing the words being read by Pastor Paula added great depth to my heart receiving the message. Much Love To All who had a part in sharing this with us readers. esp to God and Paula White Cain. again thank you so much for the inspiration, humble honesty and the eye cleaning through tears I had several times *smile*. God Bless All.

Feeling All The Feelings
Revisado: 11-01-18
the piano and the words are beautiful blended together in Mary Lambert's collection of poems about life, love, heartbreak, trauma, abuse and healing. I had many thoughts and feelings hearing Mary read her poems and perform her music to the words I did not have when I read it, the one that kept coming back to me was ( Tears aren't a celebration of pain, Tears are the victory of survival ) I have been a long time fan and each new artistic journey she takes us on I am left feeling stronger, more hopeful and full of so many colors that the world doesn't have names for yet. I savior each chapter as I do a piece of hard candy, long lasting and sweet enough to calm the bitterness.
