Great words from a former pro ball player about the journey to and the battle to stay in high level sports. His background in psychology also comes through when giving advice to keep ball players on track with their mental game. I got this for my 10 year old ball player son, and hopefully he can take away some life lessons and enjoy the journey as much as I did. Thanks Dan!
