I loved reading Evan, now I LOVE hear him

The story is great; fun, dynamic, sassy, but listening to it ... is incredible.
I love that, just as it's written, it's in two voices, he and she, that there is that change of voice. It's the first book that I listen a book narrated by John Lane and now he has become one of my favorites, he has a very sensual voice, I liked how he did the interactions between the dialogues and I laughed a lot when he had to do the interaction with the female voice, it was incredible. Something that this story has are the little overtones of Russian that can be seen throughout the book, which was incredibly hot. (I know, are minimal but OMG!!!)
I love hockey romance stories, so this one is one of my favorites all the time, Evan is sooo cute despite being a huge hockey playe, and the chemistry between the two main characters is so natural that it catches you in their crazy and funny story
I had listen Mackenzie Cartwright before and I really like the timbre of her voice, very well modulated
They both did an incredible job with this book, a fluid rhythm and a very clean modulation

A story full of intrigues and secrets. I loved it from the first lines and I could not stop listening until I knew the outcome of every character. A love story that push you a little more into a lot of emotions, easy to follow the plot but with twist that will surprise you at the end of each chapter.
I think the story has many hues, highs and lows, that I feel the narrations didn't capture it in its entirety, I liked how it sounds but I felt that they lacked a bit to be a narrative according to the story, but that doesn't mean that don't be an excellent audiobook that wants to listen again, because it is!! An excellent story and a great performance.
