Bible is great. this rendition leaves a lot to be desired. this version lists hundreds of chapters with no reference to what book of the Bible they're in and no verse capability. the free Bible app is much better than this, and free.

Couldn't handle the monotone reading

The content is useful, but I'm going to have to buy the hard copy of the book. I simply cannot retain the information with a narration that is so devoid of tone, inflection, or emotion. As a friend of mine described it when I played a snippet for her, it was like listening to the weather radio.
