Thirty-nine was a fantastic year. I was married to the man I loved. I had a body that worked without creaking. My grandma, who raised me, was still healthy, and life was pretty damned good. But as they say, all good things come to an end. One year later, I’m a widow. My joints are starting to ache. Gram is in the nursing home, and dead people think my home is some kind of supernatural bed-and-breakfast. Gluing body parts onto semi-transparent people has become a side job - deceased people I’m not even sure are actually there.

If you are reading this review go ahead and get all the books you will thank me later. I finished this entire series in 3 days and then started over because it's that amazing. Also if Robyn Peterman ever reads this please make this a TV series each book can be a season and find the narrator to play Daisy and Gram. If I only have to pick one than have her play Gram. I don't believe anyone else can bring that character justice the way she does in this book. the characters development in each book is astonishing. I never read a book that covers so many genres, entertains, and makes you think on a deeper level. If you made it to the end of this review your crazy you should already be reading this book it is amazing. 👌🏾🥰🤯
