The keto diet wins over all other diets in my eyes. You have to like it. It has to be your cup of tea. But for me, yeah, I mean.... I liked the narration of Tony Francis a lot. He's a good pro narrator. So was the text. Nothing wrong with it.

There is lots of good information in this book. 3 hours was enough for me, especially since weight loss if often made more complicated than it needs to be. The narrator was nice to listen to as well. That's probably the best part. I mean, if the text is okay but the narrator isn't, I'm gone. This was good, though.

It can be a real drag sometimes. I've noticed that too. Don't get me wrong. My partner and I have been married and are mostly happy. But the occasional fight can hurt when it escalates too much. Marital bliss? I think that's something far away we all need to work on constantly.
