Would you listen to Failing Upwards again? Why?

Yes I would listen again because the narrator captivated my attention and made the book interesting. In all honesty...the book did not divulge any new information that I have not read in a dozen other self-help books. If I were to have bought it in the store I would have probably stopped reading after the first few chapters, but the narrator Rob Actis read the book in such a way that it stimulated me and I found myself pondering my life and the actions that I have taken that have gotten me where I am today.

What did you like best about this story?

Like I mentioned above...the book did not provide me with any new information. I enjoyed it because of the way it was read. It captivated me.

Have you listened to any of Rob Actis’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No. This is the first book that I have listed to.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

I will specifically remember his inaccurate history of Colonel Sanders rise to fame. It was not factual and I am not sure where the author got the information from, but it seems that he added his own twist to try to make it seem more interesting.

Any additional comments?

This is an easy book to listen to. It is articulated very well and can be paused and picked right back up where one paused it...without having to rewind and listen to it again. I think that for a novice reader it is a great book to start with and it was narrated in such a way that it is appropriate for all ages.
