I thought Cohen's first book was the best of the Trump tell-alls. I wish they had auditioned a few more readers for the second. It's hard to get past his bad acting and accent portrayals. They take you out of the story and into a high-school drama class every time he attempts one. The Trump impression is the worst and of course the most frequent. MC, if you make lots of money on this one, do the world a favor and produce a second option on audiobook. In fact, read it yourself. I've seen your impassioned videos and think your own voice would be very effective.

Get A Better Reader, Randy!

Good book about a true music legend. I wish Randy and Mary had hired an actor to read the audiobook instead of a fellow country singer. Rory's cadence was so monotonous making every sentence sound exactly the same. I made it through it only due to my respect and interest in Randy. Otherwise, this would have been a return due to not liking the reader.

What A Life!

I wasn't familiar with his name, but of course I am with his life's work. This is a great memoir and I suspect a piece of history for an era of Hollywood that may be behind us. This is one I will listen to a second time. Thanks for the memories, Mr. Katleman. Kaine Riggan

Wordy, But Worthy

I was counting down the days to the release date and receiving my pre-ordered audible download of Hillary's book. I loved hearing her talk about Bill, which mirrored his sentiments about her in his lengthy memoir.

I had to skip a couple of chapters that retold stories we heard in the campaign. They felt more like filler more appropriate for Hard Choices than a recollection from the 2016 campaign.

But overall, I loved it, and I'm so glad she read it herself. Please ask Bill to do a recording of his books (in full) himself too - for history's sake.

Worth The Price of Admission

Sure, there were some parts that seemed like a corner conversation at a theatre party. But three solid elements make this worth the price of admission.
1. His Sammy Davis Jr. stories.
2. The Franc and Jeminy Glick bits.
3. Hearing him speak of his love for his wife.

A Salute for Dick!

I saw the documentary about Cheney and it prompted me to buy this audiobook. I feel so much better-educated about the Bush-era events. His career is amazing and I now believe he is an honorable patriot. We should all salute his accomplishments.
