I have been a fan of Carrie Ann Ryan for years. None of her books are a disappointment and they always drag you in. In true fashion she makes you fall in love with all these characters and then she goes and offs a few (not going to say who). Her worlds are always so complex an beautiful that you can picture what is going on. I cannot wait to see where the rest of this series is going.

The narrators were amazing. I’m a fan of Aiden Snow and now I am of Victoria Mei as well. They complemented each other on the story telling. I hope they will be able to finish out the rest of the series together.

Don't Rush Me

I really enjoy the concept of this book. The female main character has a really sad backstory that defines pretty much every action she takes and her thoughts. I don't know if in later books this becomes an RH as there are a few of the supporting characters she could get involved with. I am really interested to see where some of these relationships go.

I love Hollie Jackson and have bought a few books just because she was the narrator. Though as someone from Michigan I am sad to say that the pronunciation was off for some of the Michigan Words. Chaldean is pronounced kalˈdēən and Mackinac is pronounced Mack-i-naw. Other than that I cannot wait to see where this series goes as I will be buying the next 3 books.

Blade Bound

Oh my gosh what wasn't to like? I've loved every book in the Chicagoland Vampire series and I think this was the perfect way to end this story path. I cannot wait to see where the next path takes Chloe Neill and hope that even if it doesn't follow Ethan and Merit that they still have a place somewhere. I wonder if now that they know that miracles can happen if more will join the following series or if it was a one time fluke because all the right ingredients made it happen. only time will tell. :-)

What can I say? I fell in love with the first paragraph of the first book and have been delighted ever since. Khristine Hvam is the perfect narrator for Michelle Sagara's world and I cannot wait for the next one to come out.

Deadly Spells

Great addition to the series. Cannot wait to see what's next. I really liked the end that's how I've been wanting it to go since the character was introduced. Hope it stays that way. :-)

I am a big Lia Davis fan and she did not disappoint with War's Passion. I love when an author takes old stories and puts a new spin and their own personal touches to them. I really like how she shows the "I'm better than you because I'm a god" vibs but also the concerned parent side that people don't really put in their telling a of the gods. Can't wait to read/listen to the rest of them. :-)
