Why do the narrators keep changing?

This is probably my least favorite book out of the series this far. I have listened to them all. I do not understand why they keep changing the narrator. And why did they choose these two? I didn’t not like this one nearly as much as the previous books.

I enjoyed it

Overall it wasn’t a bad story. However, it was pretty predictable. It definitely had plot twists, but I kind of saw it all coming. But, I still enjoyed it it was just alright.
