I tried

I really tried to finish this "book," but it just became a slog. The author recounts personal experiences that are informative and thought provoking. The performance is fine-a pleasant vocal tone. However. outside of the stories, it becomes like reading notes for a research paper. It was dreadfully disjointed when not telling about the author's own history. I'm sure I missed something interesting by not finishing, but I just couldn't take the randomness any longer.

This is the most delightful, observant, and creative story it has been my pleasure to read in a long, long time. It will provide lovely hours of companionship and a respite from the world. It is especially intimate hearing the author's voice.
