Historia
Tristan has known that he and his family were going to be on the first mission to colonize Mars since he was 12 years old, and he has been training ever since. But knowing that he would be leaving for Mars with no plan to return didn't stop him from falling in love with Izzy. Now, at age 16, it's time to leave Earth, and he's forced to face what he must leave behind in exchange for an uncertain future. Then the news hits that another ship is already headed to colonize Mars, and the Neo-Luddite terrorist group begins threatening the Mars One project.

Definitely reeled me in
Revisado: 03-24-23
By my own functionality, and not as a criticism or to be 100% considered by review acknowledgment, there was a period I had trouble accommodating my attention and interest into the story at first.
The reason i don't hold this to fault is because it's necessary and a lot of it definitely is thrown back at you throughout the narrative in ways you either didn't think it would or didn't think it'd hurt as bad but can't even be mad at the author for it because it's well done.
Maberry has impressed me with their causal writing style with exponential progression in plot development and expression.
Tom Weiner was solid as well. As well as following Maberry for future releases (as well as past works), I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for more Tom brings out in future collaborations and performances.

Expectations atomized experience timespace defiant
Revisado: 10-20-22
I wasn't expecting a brisk turnover from the Paris novel but having seen the upcoming for The Quantum Chain had me giddy.
This series has been an acclaimed hyperfocus read/listen of mine from book 1 to present. From the Origins and system/world-building seemingly done expertly that, to this day, earn my praise and interest, to the performance of Ray Porter, of which fills me with gladness that I had found this series and chosen the Audible take to ingest, down to the canonical and smoothly constructed and executed evolution and structure of both the Time concept systems and the world Joseph travels upon it page by page.
A novel of my own could be done about each point and more that I hold to this series as it grows and I'm extatic for the future and nature of the writings of Nick Jones with this series and beyond.

astounded and charmed

always love Gaiman's writing for television and even more thrilled with his novels. I hadn't seen at first it was to be his performance on this one and his inclusion has, as expected, brought it even more to life as both welcome novelty and keeping my attention
