I've been working out for a long time achieving decent results but quite marginal at best. I believe I've finally found something that will get me over the hump! This book as a guide to results brings everything together and in an easy to follow and comprehensive way. I like the fact that it's science based and well researched. I believe that with the information provided in this book I will be able to reach my fitness goals. This book addresses every aspect of creating a muscular and lean physique from diet and strategies for nutrition and meal preparation to specific guidance in workouts such as sets, reps, rest periods, and progressive overload which is absolutely necessary if you want to achieve positive results. There's no fluff. There's no unnecessary opinion based guidance here. Only sound, scientific, solid instruction. This is the one.

Great for the people that work for a living and just want to do right and live right. Very comforting to know that with a little effort and alot of perseverance and consistency I CAN RETIRE INSPIRED. I'm 44 and it's not too late!!
