I loved the first book, 'Raised To Stay' .... but this book went even further into the heart of it all & brought about the paths to recovery & healing. Absolutely beautiful! The writing is exceptional & the reading was exquisite.

This is such a beautiful guide to how & why to surrender yourself to God. Delivered in relatable topics & aimed primarily towards a younger generation, I found myself as I near 50 still hanging on every word! Hearing Tara's own excitement as she read thru the pages....I will listen & read again & again!

My new favorite book

I love memoirs. And I love Valerie Bertinelli. So I was thrilled to give this a listen. And I was NOT disappointed! Hearing her joys & struggles, her happiness & heartbreak, HER life, being read BY HER.....winner winner all around! (don't worry - she can probably make the chicken dinner, too!) Having the recipes included was phenomenal - made me go out & also buy a physical copy so I could make some of my own deliciousness! And I'll remember to just keep an eye on the ketjap.
BTW - I talked about this book so much af tr er finishing it that my husband has now since also listened - and has some cooking requests!
And we will both be paying a little more attention to the 21 gram diet.
