This book helps you break your poor diet and make healthy nutrition a daily routine. This book presumes you are a beginner and walks you through the steps of the process. First the importance of plant based eating and what different veggies and fruits are good for and then getting kitchen gear like a blender and juicer and the different types available. Also how to prepare these fruits, veggies, nuts and other healthy ingredients like almond milk etc. as well as how to store your creations properly. Finally you have all the recipes that are caterogized according to body systems they help like brain, heart, liver etc. The book was well put together and easy to understand. Would highly recommend especially if you want to be healthier!.
