outstanding. most how to/self-help books are long on inspiration and short on actual how to. this book has both in abundance. when I started my YouTube Journey about 3 or 4 months ago I was following a different YouTube guru for advice and I was really floundering around not knowing exactly what to do. I knew absolutely that would work and I was trying all sorts of things but did not have a proper, succinct roadmap. Karin Carr provides that exact roadmap in this book.
if you're thinking at all of doing any kind of YouTube Lead gen you've got to read this book. it's a must read.
by the way check back with me in about a year to see how it's going.

Note to author: a theory is nothing unless you can prove it.

Note to potential readers: this thing is full of guilt by association suppositions with no proof offered as to what was aledged to have happened.
Case in point: the author aledges Steven Stills was a military advisor in Viet Nam. This could have been easily proven with military records. No proof was presented.
I am very sorry I gave this guy my money to read this book. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
His next two books: how the moon landing was faked and why the Earth is flat.

really great history of "putting it together"

really worth the listen.
my only quibble is with the editing. sometimes there's too much of a pause between performers lines. but I gave the performance 5 stars because the performers themselves were fantastic. do listen.

not only is this a well written history of film musicals, it manages to also cover pretty well the history of life, Broadway musicals. and it's a lot of fun to read. highly recommended.

I have read a number of "how to's" related to writing musicals and this is the best (and shortest - therfore most concise) "how to" I've read. Right to the point, with exercises designed to drive the points home. Highly recommended.
