Grey!!!! This was a skillfully written work of art. I really didn’t know that to expect but I’m so happy that I decided to read anyway. The twist and turns in this relationship and in your character dynamics had me wanting more, seeing how it all played out has me ready for the rest of the family to tell their stories !

I appreciated the story but it’s a hard listen

I’m glad I stuck it out past the bland narration. The story itself was wonderful and I was excited to see how it unfolded. The “frienemies” definitely were destined for one another. I love how the author weaved the heroines style in with the mother of her eventual lover it was touching! I look forward to more reads

The story was believable, sure! But the novel felt a little stiff and over the top after a while. The story could have used a bit more spice, angst, something to make the anticipation of the culmination more real and raw. Meh overall

An unexpected surprise!

I was caught off guard by a few of the plot twist which I liked. This book wasn’t predictable in the style of most HEA novels. I had a soft spot for Jordy and his antics while the main characters built their love story. This book was very real and relatable. Although the parent loss is a bit jarring it doesn’t take away from the well written love story or the steam of the bedroom scenes.
I absolutely love WESLEIGH’s narration, however, Chance left something to be desired. His reading fell flat like he wasn’t into the story or bringing the characters to life.. just reading off the page.
