Historia
In what is considered one of Heinlein's most hair-raising, thought-provoking, and outrageous adventures, the master of modern science fiction tells the strange story of an even stranger world. It is 21st-century Luna, a harsh penal colony where a revolt is plotted between a bashful computer and a ragtag collection of maverick humans, a revolt that goes beautifully until the inevitable happens. But that's the problem with the inevitable: it always happens.

Any additional comments?
I know allot of people love this guys books, but to me he is worse than Stephen King. He goes, on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on. He creates social structures and political systems and use weak characters and weak story to color it in. Sorry he might be a legend but not in my books.

Another Dan Brown formula
Revisado: 04-04-12
Any additional comments?
Not original anymore. Will be good for those die hard Dan Brown fans or those who loves this type of genre. I loved Angels and Demons, but after that book its been the same formula, different city, different cult and different villain.

Historia
Join the Army and See the Universe. That is the motto of The Third Space War, also known as The First Interstellar War, but most commonly as The Bug War. In one of Robert Heinlein's most controversial best sellers, a recruit of the future goes through the toughest boot camp in the universe - and into battle with the Terrain Mobile Infantry against mankind's most alarming enemy.

Not my type
Revisado: 04-04-12
Any additional comments?
I found it tedious at times, more than half of the book is about boot camp, social ideas and orders. His style is boring! It is like explaining how the rain falls in 10 pages. This is the second book, and the only reason I got is because I saw the movie and thought this may be more exciting, I was wrong. Maybe it could be the Narrator.

Historia
Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, lives peacefully in Arizona, running an occult bookshop and shape-shifting in his spare time to hunt with his Irish wolfhound. His neighbors and customers think that this handsome, tattooed Irish dude is about twenty-one years old - when in actuality, he’s twenty-one centuries old. Not to mention: He draws his power from the earth, possesses a sharp wit, and wields an even sharper magical sword known as Fragarach, the Answerer. Unfortunately, a very angry Celtic god wants that sword, and he’s hounded Atticus for centuries....

Loved It!
Revisado: 04-04-12
What did you love best about Hounded?
Short and sweet but still captivating. Great characters which are memorable, especially the Irish Wolfhound.
Have you listened to any of Luke Daniels’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No. But after I was done with hounded the next narrated book sounded dead and boring! So he is one of the best I've listened to so far.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, couldn't stop.
