A book I never knew I needed

From the very beginning of this book I honestly could feel as if Kristina was having a personal conversation with me. I felt such a connection with the topics and it highlighted somethings i used to do as coping mechanisms that turned out to be me doing shadow work... crazy 🤣.

This book also showed me that I tend to take the blame for other people impressing their personal grievances on me as my own when they need to do their own shadow work and heal.

This is one of the books I see myself revisiting and going through the steps through months of reflection as it helps you see your self more clearly and I really love that. My only wish is that this book didn't come from her own experiences as no one should have to go through a difficult life experience but it is through these traumatic times that brings us to greater things for ourselves as well as the ability to help others get through their own battles.

So I would like to send my virtual flowers of appreciation to Kristina for allowing others into her process of healing so we may all heal along side her. Thank you❤️❤️

What a wonderful and heartfelt book

I have seen many things of Viola but never took the time to know who she was.
This book gave me so much of her that I needed to hear of someones life!
I love it! I was crude in the beginning but that was to show how rough life was for her
I can say I laughed, I cried. I felt her wins and her losses. It was as if she was speaking to me alone.
I am definitely going to listen to this book again!!
Im glad I took a chance on this one!!!!
Thank you Viola for sharing parts of your life! You are an inspiration!!!

Not getting the point of this book

This book started out strong with a forward done by Brandy. It gives you the insight of those who knew her but it transitioned into a fully opinionated piece from someone who repeated that they didn't know her personally and ranted about themself and not Whitney. I was getting everyone else's life story...

It felt like a cash grab I honestly can't finish it

Wonderful story telling from one of my favorite people. this book was easy to listen to and a given for my audible collect. I love will like an uncle and I loved hearing his voice capturing the moments in my mind as he speaks.

this book was wonderful. this book deservers to be in any whitney houston fans collection. she was amazing and this was written by someone who loves her dearly. if her life went differently and Robyn stayed around whitney would still be here for sure. I loved it!!!!

this book is amazing I started reading it and thought that listening would help me finish it and it got me more engineered in the story. this story was so intriguing it was sad, funny, dramatic.

it was everything I could want in a book. I highly recommend this story

A fantastic book I just knew I had to have in my permanent collection.

It was refreshing to hear such an entertaining soul read her own book. I loved it immensely. It had great flew and I just had to hear what was coming next. This book is so good I'm planning on buying the physical version to read it and follow weird for word as retta reads it again. I would love to meet her one day

A very informative book but not easy to listen to...

This book covered a lot of things related to brain function,exercise and general wellness. I found it refreshing to hear the connection a little exercise can offer the brain I'm so many ways. The issue I had with this book was that the terminology of scientific research and words got boring and put me to sleep.
