Historia
My name is Amy Gumm. Tornadoes must have a thing about girls from Kansas, because - just like Dorothy - I got swept away on one, too. I landed in Oz, where Good is Wicked, Wicked is Good, and the Wicked Witches clued me in to my true calling: assassin. The way to stop Dorothy from destroying Oz - and Kansas - is to kill her. And I'm the only one who can do it.

Not the end
Revisado: 03-16-16
This book took a few surprising turns. The most surprising is that it isn't the end of the series. I had thought this would be the last book and was hoping for a satisfying end to the story which I did not get. It's very clear that there will be a sequel. The story is a little more action packed than the last so it felt short to me. I am actually very disappointed that the story isn't over. I know that there are a lot of original Oz books for the author to use as a foundation for a longer story. I feel she should have completely resolved this arc before dragging Amy off to a new adventure or that she could have tied it in better. There are a lot of authors that say they always know how their series would end before they even began writing. I honestly didn't get that feeling from this book, the whole thing feels a little lost. Overall I think I will just wait till the series is completely over before I continue reading. I also feel like her editors should have caught her over use of the phrase "She didn't have to tell me twice" and it's many variations. The narrator did a decent job.

But Winter isn't as weak as Levana believes her to be and she's been undermining her stepmother's wishes for years.

Intensely satisfying
Revisado: 12-15-15
Amazing, this will definitely be a book series that reread many, many times.I love it when an author ties up all loose ends and gives detailed endings for all the characters that they write and make us love. This book was perfectly paced and all the characters were well balanced. Not only is the story interesting and told from new perspectives but Meyer found ways to incorporate details from the original telling of Snow White the most people don't know about or have forgotten. It's subtle and a perfect ending to a fantastic series.

The narrator was kind of annoying
Revisado: 04-17-15
The voice she used for the most other female characters was shrill. The story was good though. It really explained a lot about the relationship between Amberly and Clarkson.
