Ashley's knowledge on the subject of acne definitely shows as she dives into the intricacies of what's causing acne. This is information seldomly found readily available. I plan to implement the strategies provided to finally control my near decade long battle with acne.

This narration/podcast hybrid was absolutely genius! The book itself provides extremely detailed stories and thought provoking points of view. Hearing backstory and further elaboration from David Goggins himself was a luxury I never knew I needed.
