Ren is the such a complex character. He's one of those guys you love to hate. A guilty pleasure.

Not conjecture. Easily my favorite book in at least 10 years. I've read all of Sarah's books and each one is better than the last.

Would you consider the audio edition of Awoken to be better than the print version?
I think they both are awesome in their own unique ways. As an adult male, I definitely didn’t think this book would be in my wheelhouse. However, my wife recommended it and I was extremely pleased by how engaging and riveting the story was. Sarah describes characters in such a way that you become immediately familiar with them. I loved the juxtaposition of the people, places, and times anchored in the ‘real world’ with those that Sarah created in her fantasy world. Awoken is a riveting tale and definitely isn’t just for young adults.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Roya! I love the snarky, angsty, teenage heroine. Who better to save the world?
What does Elizabeth Klett bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Elizabeth does an amazing job at giving each character a unique voice and in doing so helps immerse you into the environment Sarah has created.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
In a world where dreams are real, nightmares reign.
