Thought provoking in an entertaining way
Revisado: 04-03-25
This book is an excellent, thought provoking journey through adult diagnosis, discovery, adaptation and acceptance.
The author's personal stories are funny, honest and relatable. Her whole approach is down to earth and realistic. While ultimately positive, there's no papering over the hard stuff.
After reading a lot of ADHD books, this author's perspective is somehow different and refreshing.
This all kicks in after the initial fact-y & PC disclaimer chapters, so bear with it if you don't immediately love it.
