Historia
She took two more steps and paused - squeezed her eyes tightly shut - and Ember gasped as she looked forward up the shore to see a man struggling in the water. He was coughing - spitting water from his mouth as he crawled from the water and onto the sand. As he collapsed face-down on the shore, Ember lifted her skirt and ran toward the man, dropping to her knees beside him.

I've enjoyed so many book by Marcia Lynn McClure. She writes great heartwarming "clean" romances. I'm thrilled that she is branching out to audiobooks!

Disappointed since I've loved this series

What did you like best about The Demon You Know? What did you like least?
I've really enjoyed the first 10 books in this series. Great characters, fun stories, very enjoyable. But this heroine is driving me crazy!!! I really don't like her at all. Yes, I understand that she's in a bad situation, but she is so annoying and reminds me of a 5 year old spoiled brat!!!! I'm only halfway through the book and I'm just going to have to give up on it. But I won't give up on the series. Like I've said, I've enjoyed the rest of the series. I wont let one bad apple ruin the rest for me. I've already downloaded the next book and am just going to move on! Luckily for the most part the books can be read as stand-alone even though it's a series.

Any additional comments?
I really overall enjoyed this book. plus I LOVE Phil Gigante as narrator. He always does a wonderful job. The only thing missing was the highland brough that he uses in many of his books! :) Fun read, fun story, very enjoyable.
