You will notice in this program, that occasionally the endings of certain Russian words change slightly depending on different cases. However, since this is not a grammar audiobook, this program will not teach you these skills, nor will it teach you the accusative, genitive, dative, instrumental, or prepositional cases. The only thing this audiobook offers are the necessary tools to become conversational in a foreign language in record time. As previously stated though, with regards to grammar and pronunciation, you are on your own!

Excellent Resource for Russian Language Learning
Revisado: 08-07-17
Would you listen to Conversational Russian Quick and Easy again? Why?
This is an excellent and quick method to help you acquire beginning skills speaking the Russian language. The book is narrated by a native speaker which is important for both listening to and learning how to say the vocabulary words correctly. The pace is quick and the phrases are simple enough to master after listening and repeating them several times. This short book offers a good introduction to the language while providing the learner simple phrases to practice, learn, and use. This would be a great companion book to reference when visiting Russia!

A Compilation of Sweet Life Stories!
Revisado: 06-08-16
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
If you're looking for a fast read that covers lots of "life," then this is the book for you! Cat Lookabaugh, the narrator, breathes life into Becky Corwin-Adams' funny experiences. Cat has a warm narration style that is both believable and genuine, and she will hold your interest from beginning to end.
As I listened to the stories one by one, I found I felt comfortable with the situations! I loved my being able to identify with the various persons in the stories. I was reminded of having experienced some of these same situations myself - maybe not exactly the same, but certainly reminiscent of some of my own life experiences. A sweet read!

Loved the Story, But Somewhat Difficult to Follow
Revisado: 04-11-16
Everyone I've talked to has listened to or read this particular book, but the comments seem to be the same for many in that it is very difficult at times to follow the story with all the back and forth of dates going back in time and then forward again. If you were able to sit and read the book in one sitting, I think that would be less problematic. Reading the book in more than one sitting is difficult. I found myself always having to go back to review the story, and dates and characters.
I did enjoy the book and loved the narrators, so all in all I would recommend this title.

Tegan & Serico Bring Us More Delightful Adventure
Revisado: 01-13-16
Would you consider the audio edition of The Eye of Mezitlan to be better than the print version?
I have not read the print version of this John DeJordy book, but the audio is very nicely voiced by the narrator, Cat Lookabaugh.
Who was your favorite character and why?
The characters of Tegan and Serico, the dragon, are in constant relationship throughout the story. I don't believe you can separate them, or that they would stand alone in this tale. Tegan and Serico are now a team of sorts, bonded to each other, as they quest for the Eye of Mezitlan. Their conversations and antics are enjoyable throughout the story.
Have you listened to any of Cat Lookabaugh’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I listened to the first book in this series, also narrated by Cat Lookabaugh. She's a wonderful narrator who brings her story's characters to life through her engaging narration! She keeps the listener involved with the story and her energy as a narrator is felt throughout the work. She truly brings the story to life.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
A tale of this kind is not typically a favorite choice I would make, but this narration made the book interesting and fun.
Any additional comments?
Be sure to listen to the first book in the series so you are familiar with the characters and how this all began!

Intrigue and Action Paired for a Great Book
Revisado: 06-28-15
Would you listen to Power Games: Operation Enduring Unity I: The Second Civil War again? Why?
Absolutely! This book had lots of interesting intrigue in I it and it required you to pay attention to all the details. It could definitely be enjoyed again with lots more information gleaned the second time through.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Power Games: Operation Enduring Unity I: The Second Civil War?
This entire book made me think of today and all the civil and political unrest of our current times. Isn't that what a good book does to the reader/listener - encourage thinking?
Any additional comments?
The narrator did an excellent job of bringing this work to life. His pacing was fantastic, his characters unique and real, and his passion convinced me he is a true storyteller of the highest level. Job more than well done. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review which I have enjoyed writing.

Learn to Hear the Voice of God Each Day
Revisado: 03-04-15
If you could sum up Rivers from Eden in three words, what would they be?
Impacting, life-changing, assuring
Who was your favorite character and why?
This life-changing little book has only two voices included - the voice of Eden and the voice of God. I love the words expressed by Eden, but, of course, my favorite voice is that of God. His answers to my daily conversations with Him, and my directed questions to Him, were warm and brilliant and all I would believe God to be and say to me through my walk with Christ each day. I could hear the voice of God clearly reflected in each day's thoughtful meditations. I loved this work very much because it left its imprint on me from Day 1 through Day 40. I find myself still pondering each question and intimate conversation I have had with God as a result of this book, and I can hear Him so much more clearly now. Listening prayer is a beautiful experience for any Believer....one that will bring you into a more intimate relationship with God.
What does Kathy Poelker bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I, Kathy Poelker, am writing this review because I hope this devotional will impact countless lives along its way as it has for me. The Jersaks, as the authors of Rivers, presented God in a loving and personal way. I feel so blessed to have been chosen to narrate this work and I pray that those who meet "Rivers" will experience what I did as I went through each of the Days and their questions to God. It was a beautiful experience for me, and one that has remained with me since. I hope this book will minister to you in your walk with Christ, and help you hear God more clearly each day. He's always with us...have faith!

Peace IS Available to All...
Revisado: 02-19-15
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This short devotional is the perfect suggestion to give anyone who is burdened or weary and who needs to find rest...rest in the Lord. The total "listening time" is very short, but the powerful reminder of WHO GOD is in our lives is forever lasting! Prayer is our way of communicating with the Creator of the Universe, God Almighty.
What did you like best about this story?
I was reminded by the writer, Debra Benson, of the powerful connection of prayer we have at our daily disposal. We can speak with God whenever we want, and we can know His peace through our reaching out to Him.
What about Kathy Poelker’s performance did you like?
This is Kathy Poelker writing this review and I was moved by the words of Debra Benson. I trust I was able to communicate her words to all who may listen. Her message is powerful for our solution to daily cares and worries. She gave the direct path to peace in Christ.

Adventure, Fantasy, Dragons and More!
Revisado: 01-17-15
Would you listen to The Dragon's Bond again? Why?
Dragon's Bond is a wonderful book that introduces you to the world of fantasy and adventure, through delightful and interesting characters, riddles, and mystery! You'll be immersed in the adventures of Tegan and her companions who are determined to solve the challenges presented to them along their journey. This first book in the series introduces the characters and their relationship, and ends with the Dragon's Bond. It can be listened to again and again with interest and enjoyment.
Who was your favorite character and why?
All of the characters were unique and had their own personalities, but I enjoyed the character of Tegan most of all. This character was genuine and she held the story together like glue.
Which character – as performed by Cat Lookabaugh – was your favorite?
Cat Lookabaugh uses her vocal talents to perform each of the characters in this book with passion and soul. She skillfully tells the tale of the adventurous team of cohorts, beginning with Tegan and Serico. Her voice literally brings the characters to life. Much goes on in this story, so you'll need to pay careful attention, but you'll not be disappointed! Cat does a great job in her narration of this tale.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I did listen to this book in one sitting because it was not long and it held my attention because of the excellent narration.

Perfect Summer - A FUN Read Through & Through!
Revisado: 08-22-14
Would you consider the audio edition of Perfect Summer to be better than the print version?
I absolutely loved the audio edition of Perfect Summer! It held my interest from the very first few minutes to the end of the book. I laughed out loud too many times to even count! This is a delightful audiobook that was brought to life by a wonderful narrator, Pam Dougherty.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Perfect Summer?
There wasn't one part in particular that I would label as THE most memorable because there were SO many funny parts to this audiobook! It would be too difficult to name just one part of the story as the best. Summer is a delightful character who unknowlingly captures the heart of a man she never thought would give her a second look! All of their interactions are so real and witty. I must admit I also loved the scene when Summer's cougar Mom came to spend the weekend with her younger boyfriend - donning her red sexy lingerie and all - only to meet his Mother and the church Pastor through an unfortunate hysterical situation! You'll have to listen to the book to hear what took place and get ready to have a good laugh-out-loud (even if you're alone!) Delightful is the word I would use to describe this entire book. ( I listened to several chapters of the book while on a 3 hour airplane flight and I'm sure my laughing intrigued the other passengers who were also seated in my cabin!)
What about Pam Dougherty’s performance did you like?
Pam Dougherty is a pro in her delivery of this story! She made the characters come alive and her comedic timing was superb in the way she voiced the story. Her pacing and delivery were excellent from start to finish! Great performance, Pam! I will definitely be interested in listening to more books performed by Pam Dougherty and written by Katie Graykowski! Hats off to both of them! Don't miss this wonderful audiobook!

Humans enjoy made-to-order fast foods in a funky atmosphere with free wi-fi and complimentary drink refills, with techno music lightly drifting from the jukebox. And after Jovan clinically draws blood from the healthiest of the humans, the vampires drift in for their feast. Who will they choose next? If You Enjoy Modern Vampires, You'll Enjoy This!
Revisado: 07-25-14
Would you listen to Father again? Why?
I would listen to this book again! The story is interesting, the modern vampires are realistic (as far as vampires go!), and the story holds the listener's interest. I enjoyed the "hunt" for the perfect victims to quench the thirsts of the vampire family. The duo team of husband and wife vampires showed they had a designation of family roles, and I found that entertaining in itself. Mama cooked in the diner, and Dad did the heavier work of getting food on the table (in liquid form!)
What was one of the most memorable moments of Father?
The story details the gathering of the "feast" in a memorable way. There was plenty of food to go around for everybody. I was intrigued.
Have you listened to any of Al Kessel’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This is the first performance of Al Kessel that I have listened to and I thought his voice was perfect for this work. He holds your attention and his pacing and style were very pleasant to listen to from start to finish. I would gladly listen to more of his performances and will look forward to the second book in this series!
Any additional comments?
If you're into vampires, check this book out. It's a quick listen and enjoyable!
