When you know who you are, you have a clearer understanding of where you're going, and when you have a clearer understanding of where you're going, you have a highly probability of knowing how you need to get there.
That's what I took out of this message and I couldn't agree with it more. I wish there were more mental exercises in the book to help people unstuck themselves from the clarity wheel where there are too many options to choose from and the paradox of choice becomes the problem more than the lack thereof.
How does one lead when they can't choose the best leadership style for themselves, and why might that be an issue to begin with?
Overall this is a very good read, I'm moving to round three so I can catch what I missed in round 1 & 2.

This book was recommended to me by my publishing coach and has been so phenomenal to read along my own authorship journey. It is filled with actionable information which makes it top of the line, there's no reason to leave this book feeling lost or confused, the entire blueprint is here. initially started with the audio book but soon purchasing the hardcopy for reference. too many gems to go audio only.
