Fashionably Felonious was hilarious. Omg...I couldn't stop laughing. The author gave us a cast of quirky characters who said and did things that were unbelievably outrageous, and I couldn't put the book down.

This is the 19th book in the Hot Damned series and I was easily able to read it as a standalone.
The story follows Vampyre fashionista Astrid, who is on a mission to save her people from Dhampir world domination schemes.

We are taken on quite a wild ride with Astrid and her eccentric crew who were silly, a bit raunchy and slightly ridiculous at times but there was the themes of female empowerment included in the story which I loved.

This is a highly entertaining, and hilarious paranormal romantic comedy and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to laugh.

The narrator Jessica Almasy did a phenomenal job with this story. We got different voices, varying accents, and full personalities which had the humor leaping off the pages
She made the story so much more fun to listen to and really brought it all to life. It was an absolute delight listening to her narrate this novel.

Priceless is the 1st book in the Rylee Adamson series and I enjoyed it. The story took us on quite an adventure with its strong unique heroine Rylee, who tracks down kidnapped kids whether here or beyond the Veil, and brings them home, alive or dead.

She was supported by a cast of quirky characters who all added to the story in one way or another. The story was fast paced and action-packed and held my interest until the end as there was never a dull moment. It also had me laughing out loud at times with the antics of the characters. I really enjoyed this novel and can't wait to start book two. I would definitely recommend this novel to lovers of urban fantasy romance.

Consumed by Fate is the 6th book in the Alpha Territories and was a fantastic conclusion to the Diana's story. From start to finish, I was captivated and couldn't put this down.

The story starts where the previous book ended. Diana went through something life changing and now has to deal with the aftermath, while balancing her duties as Queen of the werewolves and forging alliances to fight 'she who shall not be named'. Her journey was both empowering and heartbreaking and I was rooting for her throughout.

The novel was action packed, steamy, and angsty, filled with tension, secrets, betrayal, political dynamics and so much more. The character growth was incredible and the found family aspect was everything as these characters provided so much support when needed.

This was a well-written, descriptive tale and a fitting ending to Diana's story. I can't wait to see what's next and would definitely recommend it to paranormal romance lovers.

Heir of the Beast is an entertaining tale and the 2nd book in the Fairy Godmother Inc series.
We are taken on quite an adventure with Viola who, after receiving a letter from the Fairy Godmother, agrees to enter a competition to win the heart of a Prince and her happily ever after.

Filled with danger and peril, the story was a unique and engrossing one and it had me hooked until the end. Apart from being a Fairytale Retelling with hints of Beauty and the Beast and Anastasia, we also get inter galactic space travel as Viola is transported to another planet where Prince Apollo resides, and she must catch his attention before someone else does.

Violet had her struggles, but managed to overcome them with the aid of her trusty sidekick Mort who was an awesome secondary character. Her chemistry with the Prince was intense and undeniable but it was not all sunshine and roses as there were many trials to overcome.

We are given many unexpected twists and turns throughout the book and were introduced to quite a few interesting characters who all played a role in the story

This was my first book from this author but it won't be my last. I really enjoyed this novel and can't wait for more in the Fairy Godmother Inc series. I would definitely recommend this novel to romance lovers.

The audiobook was narrated in Duet style by Alexa Borys and E.M. Wilder. They were both new to me and I enjoyed their narration of the story. Their voices were clear and understandable and they brought the characters to life. They made the listening experience an absolute delight.

Visions of Darkness was an engrossing, well-written tale that kept me captivated from start to finish. The plot was unique and we are taken on quite a journey with our main characters Pax and Aria.

The story takes place in parallel worlds, where the characters live in the regular world during the day and at night when they go to sleep, they are transported to another world, Faydor, where they battle with the Kruen - evil spirits that enter the minds of the people on Earth.

The bond between Aria and Pax was unlike any other. Their connection was intense and electric and although they are forbidden from being together in the real world, nothing will stop Pax from going to Aria when she is in danger.

The story is perfect for those now getting into fantasy as the world building is easy to understand. The romance was a slow burn at the start, but picked up in the second half of the book and I really enjoyed watching the love grow between these two.

This is the author's debut romantasy novel and I absolutely enjoyed it. We are kept on our toes throughout each chapter with all the twists and turns and the cliff-hanger ending left me wanting more. I can't wait for book 2 and would definitely recommend this novel.

Savage King is the 2nd book in the Astoria Royals series, and it follows Kieran O’Rourke, the head of the Irish Mob and Isabella Parisi, the Italian Princess he arranges to marry to give him heirs.

These two challenge each other at every turn, but with each passing chapter, you could see their bond slowly start to grow. Even though Kieran tried to keep Isabella at arms length, he couldn't keep away as he was drawn to her. Their story was steamy and passionate, and I wondered how they would manage with such a large age gap, but they did make it work, although it wasn't without its ups and downs.

Although a mafia romance, the crime did take a bit of a back seat in favor of the romance, but it was still present enough to give the Mafia feel. The story was fast-paced, intense, and a bit emotional at times, but the unexpected twists really surprised me.

I loved Keiran's dynamics with his brothers, who were all well written, and made me want to know more, and I loved that we got a look inside the working of this mob family. There are some trigger scenes, so do check the warning, and it does end in a bit of a cliffhanger that left me wanting the next book. This was a great read, and I would recommend it to lovers of mafia romance.

🎧 I listened to the audiobook version of this novel, which was narrated by Tyler Griffin and Lexi Evans, and I enjoyed their Duet style narration. I love Tyler's Irish accent, although there were certain times it sounded a bit robotic, but I was easily able to overlook it. Lexi was also great as Isabella, and they both brought the story to life. They were both new to me narrators, and I would definitely listen to them again.

The Audient and the Phantom Night is book 1 in The Aeglecian Seas series and my first book by this author. The story gave us pirates, curses, violence, action, romance, intriguing characters and so much more. I loved that the majority of the story took place at sea and the world building was easy to understand. The story had me fully engaged and I couldn't put it down.

The MC's Fenna and Devlin were wonderful. Our morally grey MMC Devlin was quite an interesting character. He has a strong commanding presence and knew how to get what he wanted. While on the hunt for an escaped crew member, he meet the crew members sister instead. Fenna decides to take her brother's place to pay back the debt due and winds up on a cursed pirate ship where Devlin's the Captain.

She was shy and quiet, but her strength really shone through as the story progressed and she really came into her own. She had intense chemistry with Devlin from the moment they met and I loved seeing how their relationship evolved throughout the story. He was easily intrigued by her and I loved their back and forth banter and the tension between them. The steamy scenes when it eventually came was sizzling and I absolutely loved how selfless he was for only her.

While I loved the story, I wish it was a bit longer and we got to explore more of Fenna's powers. However it was a fantastic tale and I would definitely recommend it to lovers of pirate fantasy romance.

🎧 I listened to the audiobook version of this novel which was narrated by @broghannejessamine
She did a phenomenal job bringing these characters to life and giving each their own voice and emotion. Her voice suited the role and it was a pleasure listening to her narrate this novel.

Grave Secrets is the 1st book in the Prophecies of Angels and Demons series. This was a fascinating tale that grabbed my attention from start to finish.

This novel was well-written and layered, and the author did an incredible job with all the unexpected twists and turns that kept coming up as the story progressed. Her writing style made it easy for me to picture every detail of the world she created.

The story follows Allie, a demon Slayer, whose 6 years of service to the Angles is coming to an end, and her mind is about to be wiped clean.

Not knowing what she will do, she heads to the mansion she inherited and tries to learn about her family history.  There, she meets Simon, who has been taking care of the estate and is more than happy to tell her stories about her ancestors. However, the more she learns, the more questions arise  and it all had me wanting to know more and unable to put the book down.

The story was fast-paced, intriguing, and engrossing, and I was left guessing right up to the very end.

However, as much as I loved the story, I felt the FMC Allie didn't really fit certain parts of the story. She came across as childish and a bit irrational at times, which annoyed me. Luckily, I was able to ignore that as the story itself really pulled me in.

This was a fantastic read, and I would definitely recommend it  to lovers of fantasy romance.

I listened to the audiobook version, which was narrated by Alexa Borys. She did a great job with the characters, giving them varying voices and their own emotion. Her narration was clear and understandable, making it easy to follow along with the story. It was a pleasure listening to her narrate this novel.

Hunted By Fate is the second book in Alpha Territories trilogy and it continues where book 1 left off. In this book we get to see more of the werewolf territory and like book 1 the world building was again well written. The story was action packed, steamy, emotional, and had me hooked until the end with all the politics, intrigue, betrayal, heartbreak, mystery and suspense. Some question were answered and new ones arose and I was captivated with the plot and its characters.
The tension between Don and Sienna in this book was intense but unlike the slow burn from book 1 we do get some steam. I loved the banter between Will and Dom and I loved the addition of the new characters. This enemies to lovers/ paranormal tale was another great read that ends in a cliff hanger and I can't wait to start that final book. I would definitely recommend it.
I listened to the audiobook version of this story which was narrated by Summer Roberts and Tyler Donne. These two were really suited for this role and together they brought the story to life and kept me fully engaged. It was a pleasure listening to them narrate this novel.

Taken By Fate is the 1st book in The Alpha Territories trilogy and I enjoyed it. This story had me fully engrossed and I was captivated with the plot which was fast paced, action packed and twisted. The story gave us vampires, werewolves, political intrigue, tension, danger, mystery and a Bachelor-esque type competition.
The world building was descriptive and easy to imagine. There was a diverse cast of characters who added a different element to the story. The main characters were Dominic and Sienna. Dominic was strong, serious and broody and I loved him. Sienna was a strong, loyal, stubborn character and I was invested in her surviving the games, however I will admit at times she really annoyed me. The story ends in a cliff hanger and I can't wait to see what's next. I would definitely recommend this novel to lovers of paranormal romance.
I listened to the audiobook version which was narrated by Summer Roberts and Tyler Donne. They both did a great job with the narration and brought the characters to life. Their voices were clear and understandable and they really complimented each other. It was a pleasure listening to them narrate this story.
