Historia
Why do some leaders get and accomplish what they want as a matter of routine, while others seem to regularly experience frustration and setbacks? Why do some leaders achieve their goals and reach new heights, while others barely "hang in there" and survive? Based on his groundbreaking psychological study of the ways that successful individuals think and behave, Dr. Henry Cloud presents a simple yet profound roadmap to help leaders—and those who want to become leaders—arrive at greater levels of personal growth and corporate influence than they previously thought were possible

Historia
Creativity, Inc. is a manual for anyone who strives for originality and the first-ever all-access trip into the nerve center of Pixar Animation - into the meetings, postmortems, and “Braintrust” sessions where some of the most successful films in history are made. It is, at heart, a book about creativity - but it is also, as Pixar cofounder and president Ed Catmull writes, “an expression of the ideas that I believe make the best in us possible”.

Great Leadership Book
Revisado: 09-04-15
Would you listen to Creativity, Inc. again? Why?
This is a book I will listen to multiple time because there are so many good insights to handling challenging business situations effectively. Ed provides a multitude of practical insights to help you move your organization forward under the most dire of situations.
What did you like best about this story?
Ed is very candid in this book admitting failures and showing by example that you should foster a culture where it is OK to try and fail without fear. He delivers great examples of how the led his teams to do this even when great pressure was on him and his teams.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Ed does a great job of interjecting humor throughout to the book to cause you to laugh along side him during some of the most embarrassing and difficult parts of the journey. It is a very engaging style that keeps you wanting more.
